This likely to cause active northeast monsoon over the Gulf and southern Thailand. Wind wave in the lower Gulf with 2-3 meters. Northeastern Part During 18-22 Dec, cold in the upper portion, minimum temperature 14-16 oC. and cool elsewhere with morning fog, minimum temperature 17-21 oC. Cold in the high mountain, minimum temperature 8-12?C. Northeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. After that during 23-24 Dec, 2-4 oC drop and windy.
