General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time Another surge of intense high pressure system from China has extended its ridge to cover northeastern Thailand and this high pressure will cover northern, eastern, Central Thailand including Bangkok Metropolis during 23-24 December, 2008. Further 1-3 C drops to become cool to cold weather with windy occurs over upper Thailand.
The northeast monsoon over the Gulf will intensify during 23-26 Dec, 2008. Increasing in rainfall is expected over southern east coast from Surat Thani southward and high wave with wave height 2-3 meters, all ship should proceed with caution and small boat from Surat Thani southward keep ashore in the period.
