General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The high pressure system over upper Thailand still causes cold with morning fog while the northeast monsoon across the Gulf and the South of Thailand makes scattered rain and moderate high sea.
Another surge of high pressure will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea during 31 December, causing rain in the eastern part of the country and then decrease in temperature by 1-2 o C with windy. The northeast monsoon will intensify and brings more rain over the lower South and rather strong winds in the lower Gulf of Thailand.
