General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The surge of intense high pressure from China has extended to Thailand and the Gulf and causes colder, 1-2 ?C drop and continuous windy while isolated frost on the mountain tops over the North and Northeast.

The prevailing strong northeast monsoon over the Gulf and southern Thailand causes high wave 2-4 meters

in the Gulf of Thailand and monsoon surge. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore during

1-2 days.
