General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time Rather intense high pressure system from China will extend its ridge to cover Thailand and the Gulf. This causes cool to cold and windy over the country and on the mountain tops for the North with isolated frost.
The prevailing rather strong northeast monsoon over the Gulf and southern Thailand causes high wave 2-3 meters in the Gulf of Thailand. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore. People living along southern east coast should beware of monsoon surge during 1-2 days.
