After that during 27-29 Jan, this high pressure system over upper Thailand will weakened. 2-4 oC rise with increasing in fog over the areas.Warning On 24 and during 27-29 Jan, all forms of transport should beware of accident due to poor visibility. During 24-26 Jan, all ships in the lower Gulf from Surat Thani southward should proceed with caution.
Northern Part Cold with morning fog and thick patches in many places. Minimum temperature 12-17 oC. Cold to very cold in the high mountain, minimum temperature 5-10?C. Easterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Northeastern Part During 24-26 Jan, cold in the upper portion and cool elsewhere while 1-3 oC drop with windy. Minimum temperature 12-18oC.
