General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The moderate high pressure over upper Thailand and the South China Sea while southeasterly wind bringing humid air over the Central and Eastern causes still cool weather and dense fog many place in the area.
The northeast monsoon which prevailing over the Gulf and southern Thailand is weaken, causes decreasing rain and moderate wind-wave in the lower Gulf from Surat Thani downward. All ship should proceed with caution during the few days.
