"Summer Thunderstorms over Thailand"No. 7 (65/2552) Time Issued : April 01, 2009
The high pressure system from China has extend its ridge to cover upper Thailand while hot weather in the area. Thunderstorms with gust and hail storm are likely during 1-2 April, 2009. People should beware of severe weather by stay away form tall, isolated object such as tree, poles or bill-board and do not use a mobile phone during thunderstorms.
Beside, the wind-wave in the lower Gulf of Thailand from Nakhon Si Thammarat southward will be strength with wave height about 2 meters in the thundershowers areas. All ship should proceed with caution during 1-2 April, 2009.
