At 04.00 a.m. this storm has its centered about 450 km west of Manila, Philippines or at latitude 15.2 ?N, longitude 116.8 ?E with maximum sustained winds of 120 km/hr, it is moving east-northeastward with a speed of 18 km./hr. This causes prevailing moderate westerly winds lies across the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf. The rainfall in the South is more than the other parts. Wind-wave is likely with 1-2 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf.
