General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time Low pressure has covered the lower Central, East and upper Gulf of Thailand causing torrential rain and isolated heavy rainfalls likely over the country during 13-14 May 2009. People in the risky areas such as Tak, Phitsanulok, Chaiyaphum, Maha Sarakham and Buriram in the North and Northeast region leading to possible flash floods along foothills and waterways to be in effect for above areas during the period.
High wave over the upper Gulf is likely during thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution during severe weather.
