General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time Low pressure cell has covered the western portion of lower Central and upper southern Thailand. While a confluence of southwesterly and southeasterly winds lie across Thailand and the Gulf. These causes torrential rain and heavy falls over the country during May 14-15, 2009. People in the risky areas such as Tak, Uttaradit, Phetchabun, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Rayong, Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri and Phetchaburi provinces should beware flash floods along foothills and waterways to be in effect for above areas during a couple days.
