General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time As the intense southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand, the western side of the country including the East, or the windward, will experience isolated heavy rain and may be flash flood condition in the risky areas of Ranong and Chumphon provinces while wind-waves strengthen. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf keep ashore during 4-6 June 2009.
