General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time An intense southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the upper Gulf. The rainfall over the western side of the country including the East are more than the other areas during a few day. Wind-waves in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand are strengthen with wave height 2-3 meters. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats in the areas should keep ashore during 5-7 June 2009.
