General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time Rather strong southwest monsoon remains over Thailand and the upper Gulf of Thailand. Thereafter, the monsoon will weaken. More rainfall is likely in the North than any other parts. People along the foothills near waterways and in lowland should beware of flash flood. The risky areas include provinces of Mae Hong Son and Tak.
Wind-waves in the Andaman Sea and eastern Thailand are still rather strong. All ships should proceed with caution in this period.
