General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time Monsoon trough lies across the upper Myanmar, Laos and upper Vietnam through the low pressure cell in the Bay of Tonkin and the southwest monsoon over the upper Andaman Sea, Thailand and the upper Gulf has strengthen. Abundance rainfall are expected over Thailand in a couple days. People in the risky areas over Mukdahan, Amnatcharoen, Kalasin, Yasothon, Ranong, Phangnga, Krabi, Trang and Satun should beware of flooding conditions. Wind-waves in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are nearly strength. All ship should proceed with caution and small boat keep ashore during 16-17 Jun, 2009
