General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time Low pressure trough still lies across upper northern and northeastern Thailand. The strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the upper Gulf. Torrential rain and isolated heavy rain are likely over the country. People in the risky areas along foothills by waterways should beware of flooding conditions in this period. The areas include provinces of Lampang, Phrae, uttaradit, Nong Khai. Besides, wind-waves in the Andaman Sea and the coastline of the East are still expected to be strong. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore during the a couple days.
