Weather Forecast The strong southwest monsoon prevails over the upper Andaman Sea, Thailand and the upper Gulf. It likely to causes rain over Thailand and isolated heavy rain in the west portion and the East of country as well as windward. While strong wind-wave in the upper Andaman and the upper Gulf’s with height 2-3 meters. During 23-25 Jun, 2009, Southwest monsoon which prevails the areas is weakening while monsoon troughs will move-down over the upper North and Northeast Thailand. These cause torrential rain and down pour some areas.
