General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The moderate southwest monsoon still prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the upper Gulf of Thailand. Widely scattered to scattered rain is likely over the country while the rather strong wind-waves are expected in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf. All ships in the areas should proceed with caution during this period.

Due to the tropical storm “Linfa” located in the upper South China Sea, passengers are advised to check the weather forecast before departing for lower China and Taiwan Island.
