General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time A trough of low pressure cells lie across the Andaman Sea and the South to the low pressure cell in the Cambodia. The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Torrential rain with isolated heavy falls is expected this period.
Travelers are advised to check the weather forecast before their departure for the North, Philippines and Taiwan because of tropical storm “Parma” near the areas. The storm trends to move nearly coastal of Taiwan in a next few days.
