General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The monsoon trough lies over lower northern, upper central and northeastern Thailand. The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Increasing rains and isolated heavy falls

are expected over the country. People along foothills and near waterways are warned of heavy rain during this period.

Wind-wave over the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand is strengthening. All ships should proceed with caution during the period.

Nong Khai, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Chaiyaphum,

Surin, Srisaket and Ubon Ratchathani.

Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr.

Central Part Fairly widespread thundershowers thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Sawan,

Uthai Thani, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi.
