Strengthen southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf throughout the period. Abundant rains and heavy rain in some place are expected over the country and strong wind-wave in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand in the first period and after that scattered to fairly widespread rain with heavy rain some area. Warning people in the risky areas of the North, the Northeast and the East should beware of flooding condition. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should proceed with caution.
