Torrential rain with heavy to very heavy rain many areas are expected all of country and rather strong wind-wave in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand. During 11-12 Aug, moderate southwest monsoon and weakening monsoon trough, these cause scattered to fairly widespread rain in the country and moderate wind-wave.Warning During 6-10 Aug, people in the risky areas of the North, the Northeast and the East should beware of flooding condition. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should proceed with caution and small boat should keep ashore.
