General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The monsoon trough has move up to northern and upper northeastern Thailand with the rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. Scattered rain and isolated heavy falls are likely over the country. The wind and wave in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf have rather strong. All ships should proceed with caution during 1-2 days.
