BHIRAJ BURI GROUP, the asset management company that focuses on commercial real estate, debuts the first phase of their Summer Lasalle project, a fully-fledged office campus space in the Sukhumvit-Bang Na area. The project is designed to cater to the tenants' specific needs with signature customisable office designs as well as promoting enhanced quality of life for employees with luscious green surroundings and a community mall complete with other amenities to facilitate all needs.
After the piling ceremony at the beginning of 2018, "Summer Lasselle", BHIRAJ BURI GROUP's newest office campus located on 61 rai of land in the Sukhumvit-Bang Na area, is launching the first phase with 3 houses available for occupancy. The project offers flexibility for tenants through customisable office designs to enhance each company's identity to the fullest whether it is the ceiling height, floor load capacity, office zone division or the building system while keeping in mind the impact on the surrounding communities by minimising the potential disruption caused during construction.

Summer Lasalle is a mixed-use project and low-rise office development under the office campus concept – located on 61 rai of land. There are a total of 5 campuses comprising of 29 houses 3-storey office buildings with 4-6 office buildings per campus. The project is currently in the process of constructing 3 additional buildings that are due to be completed in the second quarter of this year. In addition, the construction of SUNNY, the new community mall, is also under way and will be ready for business by the third quarter of this year with future plans to expand to hotels and convention centre within the same area. The project is located on Lasalle road, connected to Sukhumvit, Debaratana and Bearing road which is the new center of businesses in the future. It is also located near BITEC International Trade & Exhibition Centre which is conveniently connected to Bearing and Bang Na BTS station as well as the highway and is only 20 minutes away from the Suvarnabhumi International Airport and the heart of Bangkok.
