The debentures, which coupon will be 3.70% p.a., the company being rated 'BBB+' with 'stable' outlook by TRIS rating, in which the debentures is being rated 'BBB' and the minimum investment of THB 100,000, is expected to be available for subscription during 11-13 February 2020 via Krungthai Bank (KTB) branches. The key purpose of the issuance is to raise fund for the construction of SRT Light Red Line Project in the suburban area of Bang-Sue-Rangsit and other future projects. Management is confident that the company will get fully support from investors due to reasonable investment return and promising outlook of public infrastructure projects over the coming years which government has to speed up their infrastructure projects investment.
