Organisational Culture Certification: Cultural Ambassador Program Bangkok--21 Feb--AIT Extension Organisational Culture Certification: Cultural Ambassador Program Date: 08 - 09 June 2020 Tuition Fee: USD1 000.00 Culture is at the heart of every organization, yet it is often forgotten. AIT is proud to offer in partnership with Hofstede Insights the Cultural Ambassador (CA) program. Objectives You will leave this course knowing how to: - Recognize how your personal background impacts the way you see and resolve problems in the workplace - Develop insights into how to navigate the field of culture and strategy using different models of culture - Use case studies and experiential training to recognize how these factors impact your personal work situations - Recognize the role culture plays in everyday activities within your organization. Who Should Attend? The Cultural Ambassador Program is a two-day intensive program designed for managers and senior managers in all fields. Fee USD 1,000 per participant. The fee includes training and tuition, course materials, field study visits, lunch during training sessions, and refreshments. Accommodation, meals and travel costs are not included. Early bird registration: 10% discount on tuition fees is offered to those who register and pay before March 31, 2020. Last date of registration and payment: 08 May 2020 Venue :The course will be conducted by AIT at its campus in Pathumthani, Thailand. Content The Cultural Ambassador program consists of five elements: - E-learning on Culture - Team Culture Scan - Culture Compass Survey - 2-day course - Certificate of Cultural Ambassador - E-learning on Culture This will help you to explore the impact of culture on working effectively and confidently despite differences in culture and experience. You will gain a better understanding of Hofstede's practical and scientifically-based tool for intercultural management. It is the first step to understanding and managing individual and collective behaviors in an intercultural context. Team Culture Scan The Team Culture scan is an online tool designed to measure the culture of a group (for teams of up to 30 members) through an online questionnaire. After members of the team have completed the survey, you will receive a report with your actual scores on the dimensions on Organizational Culture and 6 statements per dimension describing your culture. This allows you to assess whether the culture supports the goals of your organization, and whether you'd like to change it. The Culture Compass survey The Hofstede Insights Culture Compass(TM) helps you to understand the impact of your own cultural value preferences and behavior while working with people from different cultures, and recognize how your own, personal background impacts the way you see and resolve problems in the workplace.
