The heat low covers upper Thailand. The westerly trough moves through the North while the southerly and southeasterly winds prevail over the lower North, the Northeast, the Central, the East, and the South regions. There remain hot to very hot spells over the upper country while outbreaks of thundershowers with gusty winds are possible in the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East. People should stay safe by keeping off big trees, unsecured buildings, and billboards. The easterly winds prevail over the Gulf of Thailand and the South and causes isolated thundershowers are likely in the South.
During 26-28 April, 2019, the southerly wind and the southeasterly wind prevailing upper Thailand will strengthen where hot to very hot weather. Thunderstorm with gusty wind and hails are likely over the upper country. The Northeast and the East will have an effect at first, then the rest regions.

Northern Part Hot to very hot. Isolated thundershowers with gusty winds mostly in Chiang Mai, Lamphun, Lampang, Phayao, Phare, Nan, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Phichit, Sukhothai, Kamphaeng Phet and Tak.
Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 37-42 C.
Upper part: Westerly winds 10-20 km/hr.

Northeastern Part Hot. Isolated thundershowers with gusty winds mostly in Loei, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum,
Nakhon Ratchasima, Surin, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani.

Southeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
Central Part Hot. Isolated thundershowers with gusty winds mostly in Kanchanaburi, Uthai Thani,
Nakhon Sawan and Chai Nat.

Eastern Part Hot and isolated thundershowers with gusty winds mostly in Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chanthaburi and Trat.

Wave below 1 meter and about 1 meter in thundershower areas.
Southern Part (East Coast) Hot with isolated thundershowers mostly in Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat,
Phatthalung and Songkhla.
