General Situation The monsoon trough lie across Myanmar and Loas to the low-pressure overs upper Vietnam, and the southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf. More distribution of rainfall will be likely over the North, the Northeast, the upper Central and the East regions. The winds waves are likely 1-2 meters high in the Andaman Sea and above 2 meters high in thundershower areas. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
From 21-23 August, people in risk areas of the North and Northeast should beware of the sevear condition.
