General Situation The rather strong high-pressure covers upper Thailand with morning cool and strong winds. Isolated rain will be likely over the North, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, and the East. People keep healthy and stay safe due to the cooler condition.
The stronger northeast monsoon across the Gulf and the South bring about more rain with some heavy over the South. The moderate winds rise the waves up to about 2 meters high in the lower Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
