General Situation The rather strong high-pressure system reaches upper Thailand and the South China Sea. A decrease in temperatures is expected by 1-3 C with strong wind and morning cool over upper Thailand. Flat area: morning cool to cold minimum temperature 15-19 C and vary cold to very cold on mountaintops minimum temperature 6-14 C. All people should beware about severe weather.
The strong northeast monsoon across the Gulf and the South cause isolated heavy rain middle in the South. The strong wind waves are likely 2-3 meters and about 3 meters in thundershower in the lower Gulf of Thailand. All ships should proceed with caution and keep away from thundershowers, small boats keep offshore.
