The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South is weakening cause less rain in the South. During 25-28 Nov, Another rather strong high pressure areas will extend to cover the upper Virtnam and the South China Sea cause th easterly wind prevails cover the upper Thailand effect increasing temperature 1-3C with isolated light rain are likely in the Northeast, the Central and the East. The Northeast monsoon will stronger cause the South is more rain and isolateds heavy rain. Wind wave the lower South from Surat Thani southward height 2-3 meters.
