The mountaintops are very cold with frost in some areas and the minimum temperatures in range of 1-8 C. In the Central region including Bangkok and its vicinity, and the East region, it is forecast to have cool weather with the minimum temperatures ranging 16-22 C. People keep healthy and beware of fire due to the changeable and dry weather.
The weak northeast monsoon across the Gulf the South causes the wind rising the waves about 1 meter.
