The mountaintops are cold to very cold and the minimum temperatures in range of 3-15 C. People over upper Thailand be careful when traveling through foggy areas.
The weak northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf the South while the Easterly winds prevail over the South cause thundershowers in the lower South.
