During 26-28 Feb, the high-pressure area covering upper Thailand and the South China Sea is weakening. Temperature will rise 1-4 C with fog in the morning and hot during the day. The westerly trough in the upper level will move pass the North to the upper Northeast and cause morning cool remaining in the North and the Northeast. During 29 Feb - 3 Mar, the weak high pressure covers the upper country and cause hot during the day. The southeasterly wind will prevail over the lower Northeast, the lower Central and the East, which cause isolated rain in these areas.
The weak easterly wind prevails across the South and the Gulf of Thailand throughout the period and cause isolated rain. The weak wind waves are likely in the Gulf of Thailand during 29 Feb - 3 Mar.
