American Pride Seafoods, Fishery Products International, Dish Hospitality, Grieg Seafood และ Morey’s Seafood คือบางส่วนจาก 10 รายชื่อผู้ที่ได้เข้ารอบสุดท้ายในการแข่งขันผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารใหม่ ในงาน the International Boston Seafood Show’s Seafood Excellence Awards.

รายชื่อผู้ที่เข้ารอบ 10 รายสุดท้ายของการแข่งขันผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารใหม่ ในงาน 2012 International Boston Seafood Show’s Seafood Excellence Awards ได้ประกาศไปเมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 17 กุมภาพันธ์ 2555

รายชื่อผู้ชนะเลิศในการแข่งขันทั้งในประเภทของ Foodservice และสินค้าขายปลีก จะประกาศในวันที่ 11 มีนาคม ที่ Boston Convention & Exhibition Center

รายชื่อผู้เข้ารอบสุดท้ายในประเภท Foodservice คือ

• American Pride Seafood: สินค้า Sweet Potato Crunch นักเก็ต
• Fishery Products International: สินค้า FPI FireRoasters Bacon Bourbon BBQ Salmon
• Dish Hospitality: สินค้า Oriental Shrimp Nests

รายชื่อผู้เข้ารอบสุดท้ายในประเภทขายปลีก คือ

• Morey’s Seafood International: สินค้า Shrimp Creations Shrimp กับซอสแกงเผ็ดแบบไทย
• Grieg Seafood Hjaltland UK: สินค้า Wildwaters Gravadlax ‘Limoncello’(เหล้ามะนาวของอิตาลี)

ในปีที่ผ่านมาสินค้าที่ชนะเลิศในประเภท foodservice คือ Prawn Lollipop ของบริษัท Dish Hospitality และสินค้าที่ชนะเลิศในประเภทขายปลีก คือ Scotch Reserved Smoked Salmon infused with Hendricks Scottish Gin ของบริษัท St. James Smokehouse โดยทั้ง Dish Hospitality และ St. James Smokehouse ได้รับการนำเสนอบนเว็บไซด์ SeafoodSource.

การแข่งขันทั้งสองประเภทนี้ ดำเนินการโดยบริษัท Diversified Business Communications of Portland, Maine ซึ่งผู้จัดได้ดำเนินการจัดงานต่างๆ รวมถึงงาน International Boston Seafood Show, European Seafood Exposition, Asian Seafood Exposition, Seafood Barcelona และได้จัดพิมพ์นิตยสาร SeaFood Business และเว็บไซด์ SeafoodSource.com นอกจากนี้บริษัทยังเป็นผู้จัดดำเนินการแข่งขันในงาน Seafood Prix d’Elite ที่ European Seafood Exposition ณ กรุงบรัสเซลส์ ประเทศเบลเยี่ยมด้วย
