ตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย (ตลท.) ประกาศรางวัล SET Awards 2021 โดย นายเสถียร เศรษฐสิทธิ์ ประธานเจ้า หน้าที่บริหาร บมจ. คาราบาวกรุ๊ป (CBG) รับรางวัล Best CEO Award ของ SET ติดต่อกันเป็นปีที่ 2 ขณะที่นายจิตติพร จันทรัช กรรมการผู้จัดการ บมจ. เอ็กโซติค ฟู้ด (XO) รับรางวัล Best CEO Award ของ mai และนายเอกรัตน์ แจ้งอยู่ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่ บริหาร บมจ. เธียรสุรัตน์ (TSR) รับรางวัล Young Rising Star CEO Award

ขณะที่ บล. เกียรตินาคินภัทร (KKPS) รับรางวัล SET Award of Honor ด้านบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ที่ให้บริการแก่นักลงทุน สถาบัน

นายภากร ปีตธวัชชัย กรรมการและผู้จัดการ ตลท. กล่าวว่า ตลท.ขอแสดงความยินดีและชื่นชมบริษัทที่ได้รับรางวัล SET Awards 2021 ทุกบริษัท ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพที่โดดเด่นและความเป็นเลิศในการบริหารธุรกิจที่เป็นส่วนสำคัญในการสร้างความเข้ม แข็งของตลาดทุนไทย

กลุ่มรางวัล Business Excellence ในปีนี้มีบริษัทได้รับรางวัลยอดเยี่ยมรวมทั้งสิ้น 28 บริษัท แบ่งเป็น บจ. ใน SET 19 บริษัท mai 3 บริษัท บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ 3 บริษัท (รวมบริษัทที่ปรึกษาทางการเงิน) และบริษัทหลักทรัพย์จัดการกองทุน 2 บริษัท

นอกจากนี้ KKPS ยังสามารถรักษาความเป็นเลิศต่อเนื่องในด้านบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ที่ให้บริการแก่นักลงทุนสถาบันตั้งแต่ปี 2019- 2021 จนได้รับรางวัล SET Award of Honor

สำหรับกลุ่มรางวัล Sustainability Excellence ในปีนี้มี บจ. ได้รับรางวัลรวมทั้งสิ้น 38 บริษัท แบ่งเป็น บจ. ใน SET 35 บริษัท mai 3 บริษัท โดยมี 8 บจ.ที่มีการดำเนินงานด้านความยั่งยืนเป็นเลิศได้รับรางวัล Sustainability Awards of Honor ได้แก่ BANPU BCP IRPC PTT PTTGC SAT SCC TOP

นอกจากนี้ ยังมี บจ.ได้รับรางวัลยอดเยี่ยม Best Sustainability Awards 4 บริษัท รางวัลดีเด่น Highly Commended in Sustainability Awards 10 บริษัท และรางวัล Rising Star Sustainability Awards 16 บริษัท

นายสันติ วิริยะรังสฤษฎ์ ประธานบรรณาธิการ วารสารการเงินธนาคาร ผู้ร่วมก่อตั้งรางวัล SET Awards และหนึ่งในคณะ ทำงานผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเพื่อพิจารณาตัดสินรางวัล SET Awards 2021 กล่าวว่า "รางวัล SET Awards ถือเป็นรางวัลอันทรงคุณค่าที่มอบให้แก่ บริษัทที่มีความโดดเด่นและความเป็นเลิศในด้านต่าง ๆ โดยปีนี้คณะทำงานผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิได้ปรับการจัดแบ่งกลุ่มรางวัลย่อย ทำให้มีบริษัทขนาด กลางและขนาดเล็กหน้าใหม่ ๆ ได้รับรางวัลเพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่งถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญที่จะผลักดันให้บริษัทในกลุ่มดังกล่าวมีความมุ่งมั่นที่จะรักษาศักยภาพ ในการดำเนินธุรกิจเพื่อสร้างการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน ท่ามกลางความท้าทายจากสถานการณ์ COVID-19 ที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อเศรษฐกิจและ สังคมต่อไป
