Black mussels are characterised by their plumpness, sweet flavour and firm texture. Try tarragon mussel salad, stir-fried black mussel with white wine, stir-fried black mussel with cream sauce Normandy style or stir-fried black mussel with tom yum koong flavouring, and many other delicious options.
