Royal Cliff Hotels Group held another memorable “Santa Carolina: Worldwide Recognition of Excellence” Wine dinner on Friday, June 27, 2014 for its DeVine Club members and guests alike.
The evening commenced with a delectable cocktail reception at The Lobby Bar of the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel followed by an exceptional 5-course dinner with creative food and wine pairings at the Royal Grill Room & Wine Cellar.
Royal Cliff Hotels Group General Manager and Acting President of the DeVine Wine Club, Mr. Antonello Passa gave a warm welcome speech and an introduction of the evening’s guest speaker and wine specialist, Mr. Hugo Acket, who is the Sales Manager for Vanichwathana (Bangkok) Co., Ltd., an importer of all the most famous winery and wines from all around the world, including Santa Carolina. Guests and wine lovers spent the rest of the evening partaking in excellent Chilean Cuisine along with the vibrant flavors of Santa Carolina wines. The highlight of the scrumptious menu was the delightful main course of Slow Roasted Premium Lamb Rack with Grilled Vegetables, Corn Cream Puree and Red Wine Reduction delicately paired with Carmenère Reserva De Familia D.O. Valle del Rapel, 2010.
