The artistry of haute Japanese cuisine in a 4-course dinner is excellently paired with the splendor of 5 fine white, red and sparkling wines direct from the more than 400 year old vineyards of HUGEL & FILS in the Alsace region of France, during another glorious VIE one night wine dinner: “A Night in Alsace”, in YTSB – Yellow Tail Sushi Bar, known for the best sushi in Bangkok.
Sparkling wine reception with Japanese hors d'oeuvre begins at 7 pm in a fashion-forward VIE Bar, followed by the 4-course wine dinner in YTSB at 7:30 pm.
