The Great Kabab Factory at the Majestic Grande Hotel invites guests to celebrate “Diwali”, the Indian festival of lights, with an exotic Diwali menu especially created for this auspicious occasion from 20th - 26th October, 2014. The restaurant is offering special dishes prepared to complement the festivities with delectable flavors. The remarkable holiday dishes include Salmon Dilruba Tikka (Salmon chunks marinated with fresh dill leaves & cream), Sikandri Lamb Chop (Lamb Chops flavored with cashew nut paste & secret spices), Lemony Prawns (White prawns flavored with spices & lemon zest), Gosht Biryani (Long grain rice & lamb cooked with Indian spices), and many more dishes beyond the standard premium Indian menu that is usually served. The Great Kabab Factory offers a multi-course Indian dining experience with over 450 kabab recipes alternated every day. Everything offered is unlimited and only at one fixed price, non-vegetarian at THB 1,100++ and Vegetarian at THB 1,000++.
