SINGAPORE (Standard & Poor's) Jan. 27, 2015--Standard & Poor's RatingsServices today assigned its 'BB+' long-term issue rating to senior unsecurednotes that Security Bank Corp. (SBC: BB+/Stable/B; axBBB/axA-3) proposes toissue.
The notes will constitute direct, unsecured, and unsubordinated obligations ofSBC and shall rank equally with all other unsecured obligations.
