Cooked slowly in a sealed clay pot to preserve the full flavour and natural juices, three hot pot dishes have been introduced onto the lunch and dinner menu at Chyna, in Centra Central Station Hotel Bangkok.
Each is priced at Baht 650 net and is enough for two or three people to share.
Served at the table still in their clay pots, the three dishes offer the choice of braised beef prepared in five spices, baked pork spare rib simmered in red wine sauce, and baked seabass served with black mushrooms and brown sauce.
Chyna serves daily dim sum in addition to its a la carte of Cantonese dishes, and makes an ideal venue for families and groups of friends.
Located at Centra Central Station Hotel Bangkok, close to Hua Lamphong mainline railway and MRT stations, the restaurant has a panoramic view across Chinatown.
