Wine aficionados are being invited to experience the unforgettable aromatic bouquets of wines made from the Riesling grape at Up & Above Bar and Restaurant at The Okura Prestige Bangkok.
"Many wine lovers consider Riesling to be the 'king of grapes'. These grapes have been grown and harvested in the famous Rhine region of Germany for nearly 600 years. Vines exported to old and new world countries have matured to produce Riesling of outstanding quality," explains Marc Bittner, Sommelier at The Okura Prestige Bangkok.
Up & Above Bar and Restaurant presents an impressive list of Riesling labels that may be appreciated as an aperitif or as a very enjoyable pairing with lunch or dinner.
"Riesling is particularly well suited when enjoyed with Asian meals but they also complement a wide range of other international dishes," adds Marc Bittner. "Our aim is to be the home for Riesling in Bangkok."
Prices per glass start from Baht 300++ and per bottle from Baht 1,400++ per bottle. These wines are available daily from 1 - 31 July 2015, 11:00 am to 1:00 am.
Up & Above Bar and Restaurant is located on the 24th floor of The Okura Prestige Bangkok.
