Italian cuisine feature pan roasted Australian beef tenderloin and grilled tiger prawn, sautéed crispy root vegetables and rosemary potato with morel mushroom sauce (THB 1,400++); pan-fried foie gras on wild mushrooms, grilled Williams pear and rocket bouquet Marsala wine and truffle sauce reduction (THB 850++); half moon ravioli filled with concasse of Summer truffle and potato, pan-fried foie gras, Permesan cheese and beurre noisette (THB 580++); traditional Italian tiramisu (THB 180++) and more delicacies.
Don Giovanni, a charming Italian trattoria, is named after Mozart's most famous opera, and its ambience springs from a warm-hearted love of life. An Italian master chef prepares specials for lunch and dinner. Here the pasta is homemade and the sauces are wonderfully Italian.
