Due to the popular demand! Throughout February at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G, our chefs at Mistral Restaurant elevate your buffet dining experience with a feast of dishes prepared using imported salmon from Norway.
In addition to the array of gourmet delights at the bountiful buffet, you can discover a range of new and enticing dishes from East to West such as Thai-style salmon laab, a spicy homemade salmon dip with seasonal vegetables, salmon teriyaki with Japanese rice, creamy smoked salmon pasta with dill, a delicious salmon and leek terrine, and three styles of salmon skewers.
The dessert section will also feature a special chocolate delight with irresistible chocolate fondue, a tempting chocolate mousse, white chocolate crunchy, chocolate parve, chocolate cheesecake, and much more.
The lunch buffet is available on Monday – Sunday from 12 – 2:30 p.m. for only THB 599 net per person including coffee or tea.
