Cape & Kantary Hotels Invited to Organise a “Thai Food Festival” in Hong Kong

Bangkok--26 Aug--Cape & Kantary Hotels In early August 2016, Cape & Kantary Hotels Director of Sales, Siranee Rojanavanichakorn (3rd from right), and a team of guest chefs, led by Executive Chef Chamnan Kobuakaew (right) and Executive Sous Chef Kan Buathong (3rd from left), were invited by Pacific Club, one of Hong Kong's luxurious private clubs, to organise a successful 10-day long "Thai Food Festival" at their Island View Restaurant featuring an extensive menu of International Dishes with Special Themed Buffet. This food festival featured an extensive range of mouth-watering dishes from appetisers, soup, vegetarian dishes, fish, seafood, meat, poultry dishes to authentic Thai desserts including the popular Mango and Sticky Rice. The Weekday highlight was the favourite "Live Som Tum" Station and the Weekend highlight was a "Panwa Seafood BBQ" Station. The team was well taken care of by Pacific Club F&B Manager Stefan Bucher (2nd right) and Executive Chef Robert Fontana (2ndleft). Cape & Kantary Hotels cooks Teerasak Kannika (left) and Natwita Khumkom (centre) also assisted in preparing this "Thai Food Festival" display. This activity reached the attention of more than 700 club members; the "Panwa Seafood BBQ" was over-booked and received the highest accolade of a 'Thai Food Festival' ever held in Hong Kong.
