From 1st October – 30th November 2016, Executive Chef Tobias Schwarzendorfer and his talented culinary team at the renowned steakhouse will delight diners with delicious dishes using succulent beef from Australia, Japan and the USA. Prime tenderloin, tomahawk, striploin and T-bone cuts will include Australian Sher Wagyu, Jack's Creek 170-day grain fed Black Angus, prized 100% pasture fed Hereford beef, 30-day dry aged Rangers Valley Black Onyx beef with a marbling score of four, and more. There will also be steaks from Japanese Kobe Tajima cattle and Miyazaki Olympic champion Wagyu, and St. Helen Black Angus from Washington, USA.
Guests can choose mouth-watering steaks from Babette's a la carte menu and the chef will cook the dish to perfection, just the way you like it. Dishes start from THB 1,400++ and embrace exciting flavours from around the world such as Tex-Mex fusion, Kalbi Korean style with soya sauce, a taste of Spain with orange zest and parsley, and Kung Pao spicy rub from China. Other authentic rubs and marinades include spicy serrano chili peppers and garlic from Brazil, Montreal rub with a crust of mixed peppers from Canada, a spicy North African rub with harissa sauce and chili powder, English pub marinade with beef bouillon and shallots, and many more.
