Espresso restaurant at InterContinental Bangkok ensures seafood lovers catch a big break in November with new "Catch of the Day" promotion. All month, guests can enjoy a number of newly added seafood treats to the venue's already renowned dinner buffet.
The month-long promotion includes highlights such as blue swimmer crab in yellow curry with scallions; grilled tiger prawns with tamarind, pineapple and red onion salsa; red snapper baked in coconut milk with galangal, lime leaves, chili and coriander; and roasted salmon or trout with spicy chorizo and aioli.
Buffet guests likewise can select their preferred preparation method, for example seafood in an aromatic Thai broth, and watch as Espresso's skilled chefs create à la minute delights. Further complementing all seafood dishes are a number of sauces and condiments including spicy Thai varieties.
