Bangkok--23 Mar--Francomasia Hemaraj Land and Development PLC, a subsidiary of WHA Corporation PCL, together with the Department of Skill Development under the Ministry of Labour, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi and the Thai-German Institute celebrated the inauguration of Hemaraj Industrial Skill Cooperation Academy (HISCA) at Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong). The Academy's main objective is to produce 100,000 qualified skilled workers within one yearand to enhance the development of human resources and labor skills in line with the government's Thailand 4.0 initiative.
