From Shang Palace in Singapore to Shang Palace in Bangkok, our two Michelin Starred guest chef Mok Kit Keung will showcase his talented culinary skills for an unforgettable dining experience at Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok from 6 to 12 June 2018.
With over 35 years of culinary experience, chef Mok had cooked for the King of Morocco, the president of Russia, the former and current prime ministers of Singapore and many other prominent dignitaries and celebrities from around the globe. He infuses an artistic and modern touch to the presentation of his dishes, which brings the dining experience to new heights. At Shang Palace Bangkok, he will create his 20 signature Chinese dishes to delight our guests' palate.
Two Michelin Starred chef Mok's highlighted menu items include Oven-Baked Cod Fillet with Egg White and Conpoy, Braised Whole Fresh Australian Abalone in Abalone sauce, Barbecued Pork Loin Glazed with Honey Sauce and many more. Prices range from Bt380++ to Bt8,880++ baht per dish.
